she/her
Tiffany specializes in trauma, grief and loss, attachment, and anxiety for children, teens, and adults. She collaborates with families, offering insight and support, while empowering clients to make positive changes and discover their authentic selves. In Tiffany’s work with children, teens, and young adults she utilizes humanistic approaches to foster change and self-awareness. As a musician, a therapist, and client, awareness of our bodies, the tension we feel, the pain we feel, and how our ways of thinking show up in our bodies and our behaviors is important. there is no one size fits all approach to therapy or mental health. People do not need fixing, but do need relating to, in a collaborative experience that will create the context for trust, honesty, change, healing, and growth. She currently sees clients virtual/telehealth only.

Personal Life |
Tiffany is remodeling her childhood home, a never-ending process. She lives with amazing housemates which include two small children, a teen, and two dogs, Shadow and Patrick. Tiffany enjoys spending time outside--digging in flower beds, swimming, and always believes that it’s good weather for a trip to the beach or a fire pit. In her downtime, you’ll probably find Tiffany practicing piano or french horn or enjoying time on the porch laughing with the kiddos (both little and big) in her life. She is always learning to hold contradictions.. So, if it’s football or basketball season as a graduate of WFU, she feels obligated to root for them…and….GO HEELS!
