he/him
Therapy often begins at the intersection of story and survival - where lived experience, identity, and longing for relief quietly converge. Over the last decade, my work has been shaped by walking alongside individuals and communities navigating trauma, identity development, and complex relational worlds. Grounded in trauma-informed, relational, and culturally responsive care, I offer therapy as a space to not just heal but thrive after wounding experiences rather than be defined by them. I am especially passionate about offering a brave space for Queer and Transgender folx, People of Color, and neurodivergent adults (ADHD/Autism), where they can be fully seen, accepted, and honored. Drawing from evidence-based approaches and a deep respect for clients’ innate wisdom, my work invites healing that is not about fixing what is broken, but about reclaiming what has always been there. I also welcome work with romantic partners navigating challenges within either monogamous or ethically non-monogamous relationship structures.
