Director of Operations
Graham Hayes serves as Operations Director at Banyan Tree Counseling and Banyan Integrated Health. With a passion for efficiency and strategic planning, Graham assists in creating smooth back-end operations, allowing our clinicians to focus on what they love—client care.
With degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Spanish from NC State (go Wolfpack!), and a background in engineering, management, and product development, he optimizes systems and engages with our leadership team to create and support an environment where everyone thrives.
When he's not busy enhancing processes, Graham is a husband and father of three who enjoys surfing, snowboarding, golf, and photography. A passionate Lewis Hamilton fan, you can often find him cheering for the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 team.
Graham loves experiencing new cultures through travel, living in Peru and Costa Rica, and is bilingual in English and Spanish. In his downtime, he enjoys tinkering in his workshop, coming up with new product ideas, potting plants in his greenhouse, or planning his next surf trip.
