Logan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor experienced in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, life transitions, and various relational issues. She has a special interest in partnering with queer women, young adults, and other helping professionals. As a therapist, Logan’s mission is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where she can support clients through the challenges of healing and growth. Logan is a firm believer that we are all deserving of happiness and fulfillment and her counseling style is often described as warm and compassionate.

Logan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (#15837) approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Mental Health Counselors (NCBLCMHC). Logan received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2020. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from High Point University.

Counseling Background |
Logan has former experience working in a college counseling center which furthered her love of working with young adults. While in this position, Logan facilitated anxiety workshops and gained experience in facilitating Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD), a framework often used to offer support to a group of individuals immediately following a crisis. Over the last several years, Logan has offered individual counseling to clients in a private practice setting where she often pulls from her training in DBT and mindfulness approaches.

While she believes the therapeutic relationship is the most important intervention, she often pulls from her training in DBT and mind-body approaches to support clients in building skills for navigating life's challenges. Logan is experienced in supporting clients with a variety of presenting concerns such as anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, trauma, relational issues, and life transitions. Logan's counseling wisdom comes from a combination of lived experience, attending trainings in her areas of specialty, and her commitment to being a lifelong learner.

Personal Life |
In her spare time Logan enjoys gathering with friends, trying the latest restaurant with her partner (who just so happens to be a chef), or curling up on the couch and watching tv. Other pleasures of hers are fall camping trips, spending time with her little sisters, and travelling when the opportunity arises. To date, her favorite trip has been to Ireland where she often daydreams of retiring one day.
