IntakeQ Migration FAQ

Why is this happening?

We are excited to offer a more user-friendly experience for both clients and staff. After careful evaluation, we believe IntakeQ will better meet our needs than TheraNest/Ensora.

When is this happening?

All current clients must create an IntakeQ portal and complete required forms by 12/31/25 in order to continue sessions in January 2026.

What do I have to do?

Starting 12/8/25, you will receive two emails:

  • Subject: Your Messaging Portal with Banyan Tree Counseling & Wellness
    Click the link to create your secure messaging portal.
    This will be used for all communication with your provider.

  • Subject: Please Fill Out This Form: Banyan Tree Counseling has sent you an intake form to fill out.
    Click the link provided and complete the form.
    The process should take about 5 minutes.
    Have your credit card and insurance card(s) with you, as you’ll be prompted to enter that information.

How long do I have to complete these tasks?

To schedule any sessions with your provider after 1/1/26, you must complete the required steps by 12/31/25.

What if I am a new client?

If you begin services in December 2025, you will need to complete forms in both TheraNest/Ensora and IntakeQ.

Billing through IntakeQ will begin 1/1/26, so we must process December services through TheraNest/Ensora.
