Sharon Findlay is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern that brings a depth of experience and a steady, thoughtful presence to her work with clients. She focuses on creating meaningful connections that support insight, resilience, and lasting personal change.
In the therapy room, Sharon brings a calm and authentic energy. She aims to create a space where clients feel seen, grounded, and hopeful–a space where all parts of their experience are welcomed without criticism or pressure to be anything other than who they are. She values the healing power of safe, trusting relationships and views therapy as a collaborative process, walking alongside clients rather than directing them.
Sharon approaches challenges with curiosity rather than ‘fixing,’ helping you understand your story with compassion. Sharon believes that everyone has the wisdom and answers within, and it is an honor to be a part of guiding her clients through the parts of the human experience that feel messy or insurmountable.
