Logan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Associate experienced in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, life transitions, and various relational issues. As a therapist, Logan’s mission is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where she can support clients through the challenges of healing and growth. Logan is a firm believer that we are all deserving of happiness and fulfillment and her counseling style is often described as warm and empathetic.
Qualifications |
Logan is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (#A15837) approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Mental Health Counselors (NCBLCMHC). Logan received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2020. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from from High Point University.

Counseling Background |
While working toward her Master’s degree, Logan completed an internship at a university counseling center. During her time there she provided individual therapy to undergrad and graduate students and facilitated an anxiety workshop. Since graduating, she has served clients in a private practice setting where she has offered group, individual, and family counseling. Logan is also versed in the facilitation of Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD), a framework used to offer support to a group of individuals immediately following a crisis.

Logan has a special interest in working with teenagers, young adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Logan’s passion for working with older adolescents and young adults is born from her own struggle with anxiety and identity development during these pivotal years. She has experience in supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties. DBT is a framework she often pulls from to support clients in recognizing patterns that no longer serve them while building skills to cope with life’s challenges. Logan’s counseling wisdom comes from a combination of lived experience and her commitment to being a lifelong learner.

Personal Life |
Logan lives in Greensboro, North Carolina with her partner and three rescue animals (one dog and two kitties). When she’s not curled up on the couch watching the latest psychological thriller or old reruns of Parks and Rec, she can often be found people watching at her local coffee shop or planning an adventure with her friends. Other pleasures of hers are fall camping trips, spending time with her little sisters, and traveling whenever the opportunity arises. To date, her favorite trip has been to Ireland where she often daydreams about retiring one day.
