Autumn is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern. She has experience working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma, difficulties with life transitions, women’s health, perinatal mental health, and the challenges of adolescence.
Autumn believes there are seasons in life that take more courage than others. Cultivating this courage can allow a journey towards self-acceptance, growth, and healing. With a background in education, Autumn incorporates her passion for empowering others to explore their truths, discover more, and dig deep into their journey. She prioritizes fostering therapeutic relationships built upon genuineness, respect, unconditional positive regard, and vulnerability. Autumn utilizes a holistic person-centered approach that integrates mindfulness and cognitive behavior perspective to address clients identified needs and goals.
