Find the right medication, dose, and monitor side effects.
LENGTH
  • 60 minute intake appointment
  • ​15-30 minute follow up appointments every 4-6 weeks.

Prescriptions can be written or adjusted.

Our Triad offices are located in the heart of Winston Salem, close to I-40 and Hanes Mall. We want to acknowledge that these physical locations lie on the traditional territory of the Tutelo, Occaneechi, and Keyauwee tribes.
