    *We are NOT in-network with the following: UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, TriCare, Humana, Medicare, Medicaid. If you have one of these insurances, you will pay our out-of-pocket rate, but may be able to utilize out-of-network benefits to receive partial or total reimbursement depending on your insurance policy's Out-of-Network benefits.

Our Triad offices are located in the heart of Winston Salem, close to I-40 and Hanes Mall. We want to acknowledge that these physical locations lie on the traditional territory of the Tutelo, Occaneechi, and Keyauwee tribes. Our physical Wilmington location lies close to the Atlantic Ocean, on the traditional territory of the Lumbee, Mánu, and Waccamaw tribes. It is important to us that we acknowledge these tribal communities, their elders both past and present, as well as future generations. We hope this acknowledgement demonstrates a commitment to beginning the process of working to dismantle the ongoing legacies of settler colonialism. Peace be with you.
