Personal Life |
Previously from Upstate New York, Jordan has been in North Carolina since 2014. Jordan has been married to her husband since 2015, and they have one son who is five. Jordan studied to be a teacher for the majority of her life but noticed that something was missing and that she could not fully help her students and their families the way she longed to. Through her years as a teacher, Jordan and her husband were also foster parents and opened their home to several children who needed a temporary home.
Between working with her students and trying to advocate for foster children, Jordan realized her calling was in the field of counseling. In her free time, you can find Jordan spending time with her family and reading books on her front porch swing. Growing up in the mountains, it is important for her to spend time outdoors and on the lake as much as possible. Jordan loves to find good coffee, binge-watch Gilmore Girls, discover new music, and watch way too many Disney World video blogs. |
