Personal Life |
Hailing originally from Upstate New York, Jordan has called North Carolina home since 2014. Since tying the knot with her husband in 2015, they've welcomed a spirited now seven-year-old son into their lives. Although Jordan initially pursued a career in teaching, she sensed a missing piece in her ability to fully support her students and their families.
While juggling her role as a teacher, Jordan and her husband embraced the role of foster parents, opening their hearts and home to several children in need of temporary shelter. It was through these experiences, advocating for both her students and foster children, that Jordan discovered her true calling lay in the realm of counseling and private practice management. Outside of her professional pursuits, you'll often find Jordan immersed in family time or curled up with a good book on her front porch swing. A nature enthusiast from her mountainous upbringing, she cherishes moments outdoors and by the lake. Jordan's downtime is filled with the quest for great coffee, binge-watching Gilmore Girls, exploring new music, and perhaps indulging a bit too much in Disney World video blogs. |
