she/her
Brittany is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in NC and holds an equivalent license in Ohio. She is currently providing virtual/telehealth counseling appointments only.
Specializing in women’s health and wellness, her passion is maternal mental health, stemming from her own experiences with motherhood. After two difficult pregnancies and subsequent postpartum periods, including the challenges of raising a blended family, Brittany realized the need for more parental support, no matter what the family unit looks like. She feels the journey to wanting to become a parent, becoming a parent, parenting, and the kiddos “leaving the nest” – all present their own unique challenges of highs and lows. Finding help to navigate these challenges can lead to a happier self, partner, child(ren), couple, and family.

“I approach counseling as a collaborative relationship between counselor and client, taking time to build trust, being authentic from the beginning and often using humor. The most important factor in successful counseling is finding someone who is a good fit for you. I focus on meeting you where you are at in the moment and customizing our work together to your individual concerns and unique personality. I strive to be truly empathetic to each individual’s life experiences – we are all complicated.”
