She enjoys working with a large diverse group of professionals, clients, and their families.
A dedicated and detail-oriented professional, Christal has a thorough understanding of the intricacies involved in insurance claims processing, She excels in managing various tasks to ensure seamless billing operations at Banyan. In addition to her billing responsibilities, Christal actively collaborates with therapists to resolve any billing issues, address questions, and update billing information when required. She is skilled at communicating with insurance companies to understand claim denials and seek guidance on appropriate diagnosis codes. |

Christal currently lives in Winston-Salem, but is a native of Brooklyn, New York. She has 3 beautiful children with the oldest attending college at Fayetteville State University. Outside of work, Christal has an adventurous spirit and has a passion for traveling abroad, dancing, and spending quality time with family and friends. A few of her favorite destinations have been the Maldives, Dubai and Thailand. She always displays a positive attitude and has developed the characteristics of being a dedicated team player which is imperative for workplace cohesiveness.
