Savannah is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor providing support for neurodivergent individuals and LGBTQIA+ folx. She believes that healing starts when we are met with compassion. She will come alongside you in your journey of attuning to your own needs and finding your voice to advocate for those needs. She facilitates connection with the body and exploring your nervous system’s role in your presenting concerns to assist in this attunement. Savannah understands that starting your therapeutic journey can be daunting and aims to be a partner to you in this process.
Qualifications |
Savannah graduated with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She has completed trainings in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Polyvagal theory.

Background |
While in her Master’s program, Savannah interned at a youth focused community mental health agency and went on to work for them once licensed. This work allowed Savannah to gain experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with extensive trauma histories. She then went on to be employed with another community mental health agency, this time focusing her work with adults. Due to this experience, Savannah became skilled in using talk therapy, DBT skills, and the polyvagal approach to help clients process trauma, explore their own identities, develop a voice, and live authentically.

Specialization |
Savannah’s therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy. She believes strongly in the power of validation, meeting clients where they’re at, and each individual’s instinctual draw toward becoming their best self. From there she incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help clients learn mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, as well as the Polyvagal approach to teach clients about the connection between their nervous system and their presenting concerns and aid in nervous system regulation.
She works primarily with LGBTQIA+ folx and neurospicy (neurodivergent) individuals. She is polyamory affirming, kink affirming, and always willing to learn about differences in lifestyle and experiences to provide better support. She also often works with clients to deconstruct religious trauma, build confidence in creating boundaries with loved ones, and explore the ways our culture and society impact our mental health. |
Personal Life |
Outside of work, Savannah can be found cuddled up on the couch with her husband, her dog, and a good fantasy book on her Kindle. When not reading, she loves playing cozy video games like Stardew Valley or Animal Crossing. She is intentionally child-free and prides herself on being a great dog-mom! She finds peace and connection in nature and takes her dog, Asher, on walks, hikes, or training outings to reconnect with the universe. She considers herself to be a “creative problem solver,” using crafting or DIY to create solutions as if solving a puzzle!
